Music Hub School Membership

The membership offer is focused on increasing musical confidence and capacity across the school workforce, facilitating locality networks, sharing guidance and resources and developing impactful musical and creative learning opportunities for your pupils.

We know that support comes in many different forms and one size doesn’t fit all.

We have listened to feedback and have created a more flexible membership package for schools so that you can choose the support that is right for you to support the best outcomes for your pupils and staff.

Our membership is designed to fully support you to develop, and then achieve the aims set out in, your School Music Development Plan and provide high-quality musical experiences to inspire children and young people in your school.

Schools can select 3 items from the options below – one item from within each of A, B and C:

 

We suggest using your School Music Development plan as a basis for making your choices of what your membership package will look like. If you are unsure of what package would work best for your school, then please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will help to advise.

Membership price:

0-125 pupils: £250                    126-400 pupils: £275                      401+ pupils: £300

Your package will run in line with your financial year – April to April for maintained schools, and September to September for Academies.

Music Hub School Membership – Core Offer

Charanga Musical School subscription – provides schools with curriculum support, creative tools and musical resources to support the delivery of music lessons, groups and performances. This platform also gives every KS1 & KS2 pupil in Dorset access to their own music technology tool (digital audio workstation) through the Yu Studio app and the YuMu platform to access, and make musical progress, in school or at home.

Subsidised subscription to Sing Up resource – available to purchase separately at a 60% discounted rate.

Locality Network Music Meetings – providing invaluable support for your Music Subject Leaders in developing musical opportunities across your school and community.

Support with tuition subsidies through match funding for targeted cohorts of musical learners.

Access to #DorsetMakingMusic network to support tuition provision, connect with tutors and share music-making opportunities.

Access to Music Hub events and other local, regional and national partnership and performance opportunities.
