Schools Data Return Guidance

You have been sent an email that included this link: https://dorset.melded.io/login/organisation_locations/reset

Go to that link and enter the email address that received the link originally. This is usually your main school office email but could be your music department administrator.

That email address will then receive a reset password link.

Set up a password.

Please note that as it may be another person in your school that will complete this return, and they will need to log in using these details, so ensure the password is not a personal one.

The password and email address can then be shared with whoever and however many people in your school will complete the return.

Once this log in process has been completed you can then access Melded from any browser and log in to the “school” tab on: melded.io/login/admin

Any Chrome-based browser such as Edge or Safari will work. If there are any issues ensure your IT team has not disabled Java Script and contact DMS if there are any issues.

Once you have logged in;

Click on the “Data Return” tab.

Click “Add Return” green button on right.

“Start” tab contains some instructions.

“School Music” tab is the data for you to complete.

Important notes;

The “School Music” tab contains a save button at the bottom. Use this before moving away from this page otherwise you will lose progress. You can navigate between the data return and the “start” tab without losing progress but any other action including using the “back” arrow button on your browser means you will lose all progress.
